Sierra Concrete Designed Construction Path

Builder/owner will meet with excavator and Sierra Concrete. Al Matson (owner of Sierra Concrete) will explain design parameters and explain implemention of necessary steps which will eliminate any chance of water intrusion PROVIDED excavator and/or drain tile installer do their jobs properly. Builder/owner will understand, inspect and document procedure with digital photos of entire process. In the event that Sierra Concrete Designed Construction Path fails, we at Sierra Concrete will fix or pay to have fixed water problems or damage caused by our failure. We are not responsible for failure of others to follow our prescribed design path. We have a 20+ year record of dry and mold-free basements.
